In March 2010, Mengel Metzger Barr & Co., LLP conducted an examination of Hayes Asset Management, LLC in compliance with all the composite construction requirements of the Global Investment Performance Standards ("GIPS standards"). The examination included the fourteen-year period from January 1, 1997 through December 31, 2010.
