In March 2010, Mengel Metzger Barr & Co., LLP conducted an examination of Hayes Asset Management, LLC in compliance with all the composite construction requirements of the Global Investment Performance Standards ("GIPS standards"). The examination included the thirteen year period from January 1, 1997 through December 31, 2009.
